Rollover accident injures a 14-year-old male in Lafayette County Saturday night

The Missouri State Highway patrol reported an injury accident at 8:30pm Saturday night in Lafayette County. According to the report the driver of a 1999 Ford F-150, 15-year-old Samuel D. Larberg of Wellington lost control of the vehicle in the Lions Club Parking Lot, struck a curb, went airborne, and struck an embankment, causing the Ford to overturn. A passenger in the vehicle 14-year-old Mark A. Hilden of Wellington was not wearing a seat belt, and suffered moderate injuries. Hilden was taken to Lafayette County Regional Hospital by private vehicle for treatment.

Warrensburg Man injured in a one-vehicle accident early Sunday morning

Just after mid-night Sunday night the Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated a one-vehicle Accident on Missouri Highway 58 and Missouri Route “W” in Johnson County. The accident report states the crash occurred as the 1999 Chevrolet Blazer driven by 20-year-old Zerrick D. Rawling of Warrensburg was stopped at a stop sign on Missouri Route “VV”, and attempted a left turn onto Missouri 58 Highway. Rawling reportedly over accelerated the Blazer, and lost traction, which caused the vehicle to cross the centerline, travel off the roadway, and overturn. Rawling received moderate injuries in the crash, and was transported to Lee’s Summit Medical Center by Johnson County Ambulance for treatment.

Wet pavement blamed in a one-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in Johnson County

At 3:20 Sunday afternoon the Missouri State Highway patrol reported a one-vehicle accident on Highway 23 North of County road Southeast 350 in Johnson County. The accident reportedly happened when the driver of a 2003 Ford, 28-year-old Matthew R. Lewman of Knob Noster lost control of his vehicle on wet roadway, ran off the roadway, and overturned before hitting a fence. Lewman was transported to Lee’s Summit Hospital by Johnson County EMS for treatment of Moderate injuries.
