‘Game of Thrones’ Seasons 5 and 6: HBO Renews for Two More Years!

We wish this news had been more surprising than it actually is, considering Sunday's 'Game of Thrones' season 4 premiere, "Two Swords," once gain shattered HBO ratings records, while showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss already signed on for seasons 5 and 6. Still, because the sky is blue and obvious things are obvious, HBO officially opted to renew 'Game of Thrones' for a fifth and sixth season, carrying the war for Westeros all the way through 2016.

STING Unit Traffic Stop Leads to Meth-Related Arrest

Just before 5 a.m. this morning (April 8), the Sedalia Police Department’s STING Unit and other officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no license plate lights in the area of 16th Street and S. Missouri Avenue. During an investigation, the female driver admitted she had a syringe and a bag of methamphetamine hidden in her clothing. The driver, identified as 24-year-old Tanya Brandkamp of Sedalia, also admitted to selling the substance.
