A Windsor woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Monday night in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2015 Toyota Camry driven by 34-year-old Marci D. Mullins of Windsor was on Highway E, north of Highway HH at 8:30 p.m., when the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway, drove up onto the guardrail and became airborne. The vehicle impacted the embankment and overturned.

Mullins suffered serious injuries and was flown to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.

She was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Benton County deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.
