
Clinton Man Suffers Moderate Injuries in Henry County Crash
A Clinton man suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle crash that occurred in Henry County Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 22-year-old Sam R. Ahneman-Cover of Clinton was the driver of an eastbound 2004 Chrysler on northeast County Road 100, a half mile east of Vansant Road at 3:30 p.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, overcorrected and returned, traveled off the right side of the roadway again and struck a fence.
He was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital by ambulance with moderate injuries. He was wearing a safety device, according to the report. The Chrysler had extensive damage.
Henry County deputies assisted the four Troopers at the scene.
