Girl Killed in Train Accident in Northern Missouri

Authorities say a train has struck and killed a third-grader in northern Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol identified the girl as 9-year-old Katawna Clay. She died Monday night in the town of Marceline.

The Marceline R-V school district described Katawna in a Facebook post as a "spunky, intelligent and creative."
