Kingsville Woman Injured in JoCo Wreck

A Kingsville woman was moderately injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Saturday afternoon in Johnson County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 58-year-old Pamela J. Gross of Kingsville was the driver of a southbound 1996 Geo Metro on Route Z, 855 feet north of County Road NW 795 at 4 p.m., when she traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch, returned to the roadway and ran off the left side and struck the ditch and a tree.

Gross was transported by JCAD to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

The Geo was totaled.

Gross was arrested at 4:40 p.m. and charged with DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no seat belt.
