Law Results Listed – August 10-21

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from August 10, 2017 through August 21, 2017.

Raymond Bailey: age 28,  Sedalia,  MO was sentenced to three 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on  three separate matters (1 count Sodomy and 2 counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree).

Eric R. Janes:  age 32,  Columbia,  MO was sentenced to concurrent terms of 8 and 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [methamphetamine]).

Joshua Scott Rauber:  age 34,  LaMonte,  MO  was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [methamphetamine], 1 count Unlawful Use of a Weapon and 1 count Resisting Arrest).

Everett Franklin Smith, IV:  age 37, Pilot Grove, MO was sentenced to 8 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Delivery of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

Eric A. Monsees:  age 48, Sedalia, MO was sentenced 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance (oxymorphone).

Tyreel G. Hardy:  age 31, Osage Beach, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

John-Paul D. Sullivan:  age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

Brandon Scott Wells:  age 38, Boonville, MO was sentence to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Richard Troy Heston:  age 46, Cole Camp, MO was sentence to consecutive terms of 7, 7 and 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 217.362 after his probation was revoked.

Albert L. Willis:  age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Receiving Stolen Property and 1 count Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device.

Robert J. Weisner:  age 34,  Sedalia,  MO was sentenced to four 1 year sentences in the Pettis County Jail on four separate matters (1 count Receiving Stolen Property, 1 count Burglary 2nd degree, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [methamphetamine] and 1 count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
