
Pettis County Fire Battles Structure Fire; No Injuries Reported
At 4:25 a.m., Tuesday morning, Pettis County Fire was dispatched for a residential structure fire.
Upon arrival, the structure was found heavily involved with three vehicles involved as well. All residents were accounted for, with one dog still inside. Firefighters made entry and were able to locate the dog in a back room with the door closed.
The photo shows the conditions found when making entry into the bedroom.
"It’s a true reminder to always close your doors while sleeping. Also with the structure being heavily involved, it’s important to always search all of the uninvolved areas.
No injuries were reported.
"Thank you to PCAD for medical standby and to La Monte Fire for the automatic aid." Pettis County Fire said.
A total of 33 personnel and 15 apparatus were on scene.
