
Burglar Alarm Leads to Arrest in Sedalia
On Monday at 1:28 a.m., Sedalia Police responded to a burglary alarm at a business located in the 1200 block of South Limit.
A male subject was seen leaving the area and he refused commands to stop. Officers later located and contained the subject nearby. He actively resisted arrest and was taken into custody after a brief struggle.
A Taser was deployed during the incident. During the arrest, one officer was kicked. 48-year-old Floyd Ray Snow, Jr., was found ty be in possession of drug paraphernalia that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Snow was then transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold. The business was checked and found to be secure.

Snow now faces charges of resisting arrest, felony tampering with physical evidence, possession of meth and 4th degree assault.
