Resolved Cases from Pettis County Circuit Court; Jan. 2 – 4

Dalton Wright:  25, Leeton, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Assault in the Second Degree and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

Anthony N. Fritchey:  33, Clinton, MO was sentenced to two 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Child Molestation.

Michael Stewart:  55, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 8 and 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and 1 count Tampering).

Jimmy W. Torres:  57, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked/Suspended.

Matthew M. Thomas:  25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and 1 count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

Gary L. Barnett Jr.:  42, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance [Methamphetamine] and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

Travis D. Martin:  28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).
