
Sedalia Man Hurt After Hitting Retaining Wall in Pettis County
A 70-year-old Sedalia man suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident that occurred on Palmer Road in Pettis County Monday morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Marty K. Himes was the driver of a westbound 2008 Ford F-150 at 21865 Palmer Road at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 11 when Himes reportedly suffered a medical condition, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a retaining wall.
He refused medical treatment at the scene, according to the Patrol.
Himes was wearing a safety device, according to the online report.
The Ford had minor damage and was towed from the scene by State Fair Towing.
