Sedalia Man Injured in Henry County Crash

A Sedalia man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Friday in Henry County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2017 Chevy Silverado, driven by 28-year-old Brandon L. Nodine of Sedalia, was on Missouri 7, at SE 991st Road at 3:45 p.m., when the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway, struck three mailboxes, two embankments and came to rest on the shoulder.

Nodine suffered minor injuries, and was transported by Golden Valley to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The Silverado had extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
