A Sedalia man was injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Sunday afternoon in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound black 2002 Dodge Neon, driven by a 56-year-old Sedalia woman, entered the intersection at Highway 65 and Rebar Road at the same time a westbound red 2016 Ford Explorer, driven by a 70-year-old Sedalia man, entered the intersection and the two vehicles collided around 3:30 p.m.

 

A 40-year-old male passenger in the Neon suffered serious injuries and was transported by PCAD to University of Missouri Hospital for treatment.

The Neon had extensive damage, while the Explorer was totaled. Both vehicles were towed by Don’s Truck Towing.
