A Sedalia man was injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Sunday evening in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 1995 GMC Sierra, driven by a 34-year-old man from Sedalia, was stopped to make a left turn at US 50 and Crest View Drive just before 6:30 p.m., when an eastbound 2022 Chevy Blazer, driven by a 27-year-old female from Otterville, struck the rear of the GMC.

The Sedalia man suffered minor injuries and was transported by PCAD to Bothwell Regional Health Center. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The GMC had moderate damage, while the Blazer was totaled and towed by Don’s Truck Towing.
