The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, April 29, 2014.

Sedalia Police Investigate a Large Disturbance

Sedalia Police received a report of a large disturbance involving weapons in the 300 Block of West 7th on Sunday (April 27). A 19-year-old man reported to Sedalia Police that he was attacked by six to ten people on Sunday. The mother of the victim also reported to Sedalia Police that one of the suspects broke her rear passenger side window during the altercation.

Three Thefts Reported In Area

A man from Cole Camp reported to Pettis County Deputies that somebody stole his stereo and two speakers from his vehicle while he was working at Tyson's yesterday (April 28).

An employee of the Casey's at 1601 East Broadway reported to Sedalia Police that there was a $20.01 gas drive off.

A woman in the 22000 Block of Smasal Road reported to Pettis County Deputies that somebody either stole her license plate or it was lost yesterday (April 28).

Three Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Alex Bass for failure to appear, bond set at $200 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Steven Sartain for driving while suspended.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Michael Fuson for having an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
