Three Arrested After SPD Serves Drug-Related Search Warrant
On Monday, March 25 at approximately 10:32 a.m., Detectives with the SPD's Crime Resolution Unit, Special Response Team and Mid Missouri Drug Task Force responded to 718 East 16th Street to serve a drug-related search warrant.
Upon arrival, entry was made and four adult subjects were taken into custody.
A search of the residence was conducted where methamphetamine, pills and firearms were located.
At the conclusion of the investigation, three subjects were arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where two were placed on a 24-hour hold. The suspects and charges being requested are as follows:
Lori L. Moore, 53 years old:
• Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Protected Area
• Possession of a Controlled Substance x3
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Judith E. Pettis, 62 years old:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Unlawful Possession of a Firearm x2
Timothy Sutterby, 64 years old:
• Benton County Warrant
