The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Friday, August 1, 2014.

Several Thefts Reported

An employee of the Liberty Center reported to Sedalia Police that someone damaged $1,500 worth of fenceline, between the Liberty Center and Fitter's 5th Street Pub.

An employee of Casey's, at 3050 South Limit, reported to Sedalia Police that there was a gas drive off, between Noon and 12:30 yesterday afternoon (July 31).

The manager of the Sedalia Housing Authority reported to Sedalia Police that a man was driving in a dangerous manner in the area of Scott Joplin and West Saline, yesterday (July 31).

Sedalia Police received a report on July 28 of a theft in progress in the 1500 Block of Honeysuckle Road. Sedalia Police traced the suspect's vehicle to the 800 Block of West 5th, but were not able to apprehend the suspect.

A woman in the 300 Block of South Ohio reported to Sedalia Police, yesterday (July 31), that $3,820 was stolen from her home.

A man in the 400 Block of South Park reported to Sedalia Police that an unknown amount of change was taken from his vehicle. The victim reported to Sedalia Police that this was the second time a theft occurred from his vehicle.

A man reported to Sedalia Police that there was a peace disturbance and someone trespassed into his apartment in the 400 Block of South Quincy, yesterday (July 31).

A woman reported to Pettis County Deputies that she was bit by an animal in the 24000 Block of Oak Grove Lane in Sedalia, yesterday (July 31).

Two Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Allen Adams for having a Pettis County warrant, bond set at $250.

Sedalia Police arrested Luis Lozada for not having an operator's or chauffer's license.
