Several Thefts Reported to Sedalia Police

A woman reported to Sedalia Police yesterday (Jan. 16) that someone fraudulently used her debit card information online in another state. The suspect made two purchases totaling $151.25.

Employees of Payless Shoes reported to Sedalia Police that two men came into the store yesterday (Jan. 16) and left without paying for two shoes.

Employees of Casey's at 1909 West Main reported to Sedalia Police last night (Jan. 16) there was a $40.01 gas drive off.

A employee of Empire Gas reported to Sedalia Police yesterday (Jan. 16) that they found a pellet gun near a gas meter at 408 West 2nd.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that she was traveling westbound on 16th St. when a portable road sign from a construction site on the side of the road got caught by the wind and damaged her driver's side mirror and broke it.

Sedalia Police Make Five Arrests

Sedalia Police arrested Shannon Spruell for stealing from Walmart and had two warrants, bond set at $1,251.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Shawna Blackmore and Charity Card for stealing from Walmart, bond set at $533.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Brendan Wilcox for stealing from Family Dollar Store.

Sedalia Police arrested Alecacia Vickery for driving while suspended.
