Sedalia Police and Pettis County Deputies Make Arrest After Pursuit

Pettis County Deputies and Sedalia Police arrested Dylan Zane after a vehicle pursuit through Sedalia that ended on North 65 north of Sedalia. Zane was arrested and is facing charges of second degree assault on a law enforcement officer, second degree assault, felony resisting arrest, felony leaving the scene of an accident and driving with no operator's license prior offender.

Several Thefts Reported to Sedalia Police

A man in the 300 Block of Randolph reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole his 1991 Jeep Cherokee yesterday (Jan. 21).

Employees at American Auto Rental reported to Sedalia Police that a 2011 Dodge Ram has not been returned, after it was rented out on December 24, 2013.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that someone broke into her apartment and stole some items in the 1300 Block of South Ohio.

Employees of Walmart reported to Sedalia Police that two suspects stole $198 in items on January 20.

Four Arrests Made

Sedalia Police arrested Corey Debates for stealing $785 in tools from Walmart.

Sedalia Police arrested Lloyd Wright for not having a driver license and driving on a suspended Michigan license.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Kristopher Paxton of Sedalia on an active Pettis County warrant.

Sedalia Police arrested Brian Milburn for failure to appear.
