The following Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff's crime reports are from the morning of Tuesday, October 28, 2014.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of identity theft that happened between Oct. 19 and 27. The victim reported that there were several unauthorized credit card transactions and were denied by his ID Protection service.

A woman in the 1200 Block of South Harrison received a report of a television, valued at $250,  missing from a home.

Sedalia Police received a report of somone on the roof of the Wilken Music Building in area of East 2nd and Ohio on Sunday (Oct. 26). Sedalia Police got access to the roof, but the suspect left the area before Sedalia Police got there.

Sedalia Police received a report of an assault in the area of Welch Court and West Pettis Avenue on October 25. The victim had a bloody nose and said he was assaulted by a black male known to him.

Sedalia Police received a report of a juvenile that received minimal injuries after he was bit an animal in the 700 Block of Ivy Lane and had to go Bothwell Regional Health Center. The boy was released and the animal was quarantined by the owner until Animal Control follows up the case.

Sedalia Police arrested John Billingsley for a Pettis County warrant for probation violation of child support, bond set at $2,000.

Sedalia Police arrested Benjamin Craig for driving while intoxicated and driving without headlights, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Larry Coats for failure to obey, bond set at $533.50 cash/surety.

Sedalia Police arrested Alphonso Ferguson for failure to appear, bond set at $122.

Sedalia Police issued a municipal summons for having an open container/drinking on a public street.
