Sedalia Police Investigating A Sexual Misconduct Case
Sedalia Police are investigating a reported case of sexual misconduct that happened in the area of 32nd and Limit on Monday (Aug. 26).
Several Thefts Reported to Sedalia Police
A man in the 500 Block of North Quincy reported to Sedalia Police that a 49cc scooter was stolen between 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 28 and 7:50 a.m. on Aug. 29.
A man in the 3200 Block of West 10th reported to Sedalia Police that his laptop and wallet were stolen from his car between 7 p.m. on Aug. 28 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 29.
A man in the 300 Block of North Prospect reported to Sedalia Police that two Straight Talk cell phones were stolen by a person known to him.
A man in the 1200 Block of South Stewart reported to Sedalia Police that his GPS valued at $100 was stolen sometime since July 10.
A man from Springfield reported to Sedalia Police that all of his belongings were stolen from his house in the 300 Block of North Quincy between Aug. 22 and 29.
A woman in the 1300 Block of South Limit reported to Sedalia Police that someone stole her cell phone and wallet.
A woman in the 800 Block of Ruth Ann Drive reported to Sedalia Police that someone went through her car, but nothing appeared to be stolen.
A man reported to Sedalia Police that someone has been using his social security number for banking services.
Sedalia Police Make Several Arrests
Sedalia Police arrested Earl Moon for a probation violation and driving while suspended, bond set at $3,500.
Sedalia Police arrested Derek Hughes for forging 19 checks for $5,915 and stealing.
Sedalia Police arrested Dawn Showman for failure to appear, bond set at $170 cash.
Sedalia Police arrested Joshua Groves for driving while suspended.
