SPD Drone Unit Coloring Contest Winners Named at Washington, St. Paul’s, Heber Hunt
Winners at the remaining three schools that participated in the SPD’s Drone Unit Coloring Contest were announced last week at Washington, St. Paul’s Lutheran and Heber Hunt.
Winners at Washington Elementary School included Neymar Alejo, Serena Sruder and Aliyah Rios.
Winners at St. Paul’s Lutheran Elementary included Emily Cusnir, Chloe Holman and Melaine Oswald.
Winners at Heber Hunt Elementary included Abbigayle Ramos, Ethan Balke and Mavrick Wansing.
Each received a drone and a medal presented by Det. Nick Camirand. Drone Pilot Camirand founded the SPD's drone program five years ago and was in charge of the contest.
Sponsors of the contest included the SPD, the Mid-Mo Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 16, AFC Urgent Care, Dairy Queen, Steak ’n Shake, Don’s Truck Towing, InMotion Towing, State Fair Towing, WK Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Walmart, Central Bank of Sedalia, Reed and Sons Jewelry, Rea Funeral Chapel and Elite Dry Cleaners.
