Three Arrested on Drug Charges After Vehicle Stopped South of Clinton
The Henry County Sheriff's Office says three people were arrested on drug charges after a vehicle was stopped on MO 13 south of Clinton on May 13.
According to a news release, several pounds of marijuana were located in the vehicle, in addition to brownies suspected of containing marijuana, and a substantial quantity of suspected hashish. Deputies also seized a gun.
Arrested were 23-year-old Keeneth W. Wesley, Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada; 24-year-old Jermel Q. Flowers of Hagerstown, Maryland; and 21-year-old Taylor S. Mayes of Cypress, Texas. All three were taken to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say an investigation is ongoing.
