
Two Sedalians Injured in Motorcycle Accident
Two Sedalians were injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred in Morgan County on Saturday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2004 Harley Davidson Dyna Low Rider was on Route W, two-tenths of a mile south of the Marvin cutoff at 1:15 p.m., when the driver, 45-year-old Gary G. Kennedy of Sedalia, failed to negotiate a curve, and traveled off the southwest side of the road and over turned, ejecting the driver and his passenger, 46-year-old Alisa C. Kennedy of Sedalia.
Gary suffered serious injuries, while Alisa suffered minor injuries. Alisa refused medical treatment, while Gary was transported by Mid-Mo Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.
The Harley had extensive damage.
