Two Sedalians Injured in Pettis County Wreck

Two Sedalians were injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred early Thursday morning in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2006 Dodge Caravan driven by 54-year-old Cynthia J. Snow of Sedalia was on Route T and Drake Road (northeast of La Monte) at 5:52 a.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Snow and her occupant, 24-year-old Richard A. Gerloff of Sedalia, suffered moderate injuries. Gerloff was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by PCAD for treatment. Snow refused treatment at the scene, according to the report.

Both were wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, it was reported.

The Caravan had moderate damage and was towed from the scene by In Motion.
