Warrensburg Woman Injured in Johnson County Crash

A Warrensburg woman was injured in a two-car collision that occurred in Johnson County Tuesday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2012 Chrysler, driven by 40-year-old Lacey N. Gauchat of Warrensburg, attempted to cross Missouri 13 at Veterans Road at 6:30 a.m. and struck a southbound 2009 Ford, driven by 23-year-old Jesse Niccum of Odessa.

Gauchat suffered minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.

Both drivers were wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash, and both vehicles had extensive damage and were towed from the scene.
