Marshall of Sedalia, failed to yield to a northbound 2014 Subaru Outback, driven by 28-year-old Malanna K. Johnston of Warsaw around 8:10 a.m., at Highway 65 and Route V, as the GMC crossed the intersection. The front of the Outback struck the left front side of the GMC, before both vehicles traveled off the roadway to the northeast corner of the intersection.
