Waste Management Public Hearing Moved to February 24

The Pettis County Commission has decided to move the public hearing for the proposed Waste Management Ordinance and host Agreement to Thursday, Feb. 24 at 9 a.m.

The change was made in order to ensure ample time for public review of the documents (due to recent weather-related courthouse closures) and to allow for all three Commissioners to be present when they take action.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Feb. 17.

The public hearing will be held at the County Commissioners Chambers at the Pettis County Courthouse, 415 South Ohio.

The Commission generally meets from 9 to noon weekdays. Written comments may be mailed to 415 South Ohio, Suite 212-A, or emailed to andersonk@pettiscomo.com.
