Many of us will be spending Independence Day at the SHOW-ME Freedom Festival at the Fairgrounds. Here's what you need to know.

Tickets will be available at the fairgrounds on July 4. Organizers expect there will be a long wait to purchase tickets, so they're encouraging people to buy their tickets on-line beforehand. You can purchase SHOW-ME Freedom Festival tickets here.You can show the e-mailed tickets on your phone for entry. Physicially printing them is ok too.

Gates open at Noon and there's a full day of entertainment. Jump houses, face painting and slides for the kids. There's also a corn hole tournament and live music. Food trucks will have food for sale. And beer and soft drinks will also be available for purchase.

If you'd like to enter the corn hole tournament cost is $30. You can register here, or if there are any spaced available you can register at the event between noon and 1PM CDT. The tournament will wrap up before Chase Bryant and Chris Lane perform.

Here's a few other things to know before heading to the show: Lawn chairs and strollers are allowed, but no umbrellas or tents. Park in the main lot of the fairgrounds. Enter the event through the Pepsi Grandstand entrance. No outside food or drink will be allowed in the event, with the exception of Baby Bottles.
