Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) has launched a new app that offers obstetrics patients childbirth information, engaging tools, and helpful trackers throughout their pregnancy.

The app, YoMingo®, includes content modules on pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care, giving expecting families valuable resources to use through pregnancy and baby’s first year. Because YoMingo features a variety of useful tools, parents won’t need to download multiple apps. Tools include:

Weekly milestones
Contraction timer
Kick counter
Packing list
Feeding log
Diaper log
Measurements
Appointments calendar
Immunization log
Journal
Education content

WMMC’s YoMingo app is powered by patient education agency Customized Communications, Inc. and is available in both the App Store and Google Play. Patients much register for YoMingo to receive a unique login and password in order to access the app. Patients can register at WMMC.com/Childbirth-Education-App.
