On Monday night, Sedalia Police conducted an area check at Break Time, 101 Rebar Road.

A female was recognized by Officers and a warrant check revealed the subject had a no-bond probation and parole warrant.

The female attempted to flee from Officers and resisted arrest. She was captured.

A search of her possessions revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Heather Dawn Borgstadt, 36, homeless, was transported to the Pettis County Jail on her warrant and placed on a 24-hour hold for felony Resisting Arrest, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
