Lincoln man arrested for shoplifting Tuesday night

At 9:27 Tuesday night the Sedalia Police were dispatched to the Walmart Store on a shoplifter. Upon arrival officers arrested 22-year-old Andrew James Hardey of Lincoln. At the time of the police report Hardey was in the Pettis County Jail pending a $533.50 bond.

Sedalia man arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop

Around 10:20 Tuesday night the Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle at Broadway and Quincy for a stuck turn signal. A subsequent check on the driver 24-year-old Sarah Darlene Mcateer of Sedalia it was found, that she had a warrant out of the City of Sedalia. McAteer was arrested and transported to the Pettis County jail pending an $88.50 cash only bond.

ATM reported damaged early this (Wednesday) morning

At 5:41 this (Wednesday) morning the Sedalia Police were dispatched to Central Missouri Community Credit Union at 3120 West 10th on a report of property damage. Upon arrival the officers found an ATM had been damaged. There was no other information in the police report.

Local theater reported windows damaged in the front of the business

Just after 4am this (Wednesday) morning Sedalia Police were dispatched to the Galaxy Theater at 4104 West Main on an alarm. Upon arrival the officers found a broken window in the front of the building. The police report also states someone also attempted to break the glass of a door in the front of the building. There was no estimate on the damage at news time.
