22-year-old Sedalia man arrested on multiple traffic charges

On Sunday the Sedalia Police observed a vehicle that appeared to have ran off the roadway, and struck a stop sign in the area of 16th and Ohio. The police report states as the officer exited the patrol car the suspect driver fled the scene, but was caught in the area of 14th and Moniteau. The driver identified as 22-year-old Roberto Hernandez-Lopez of Sedalia was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending bonds on three traffic related charges of $951.50.

Homeless man arrested on Cooper and Howard County Warrants, plus a possession charge

At 6:19 Sunday evening Sedalia Police conducted a warrant check in the 1300 block of South Ohio. Upon contact with 22-year-old Joseph F. Gibbs a homeless person, warrants out of Cooper and Howard Counties were confirmed. The police report states during a search of Gibbs the officer found a glass marijuana pipe. At the time of the police report Gibbs was in the Pettis County jail pending bonds of $500  each on the warrants.

Noise complaint leads to the arrest of two Sedalia men Sunday night

Around 10:30 Sunday night Sedalia Police were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of South Quincy on a Noise Complaint. Upon arrival officer observed a suspect rolling a green leafy substance into a cigar paper. The substance tested positive as marijuana. The suspect 17-year-old Marshal T. Tindell of Sedalia was given a summons, and a court date. During the investigation 18-year-old Austin Robert Blankenship of Sedalia was found to have a failure to appear warrant out of Sedalia with a $150 cash bond.

Sedalia man arrested for driving without a license this (Monday) morning

Just after 3am this (M0nday) morning Sedalia Police responded to 16th and Missouri on an accident. Upon arrival the suspect had attempted to drive the vehicle South on Missouri. A subsequent check on the driver, 22-year-old Isidro Rubio Herrera of Sedalia revealed he did not have an operator’s license. He was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was placed on 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

Oklahoma woman arrested for driving while revoked Saturday afternoon

Around 2:45 Saturday afternoon the Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Upon contact with the driver Kimberly A. Wallace of Pauls Valley Oklahoma she was found to be revoked. Wallace was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail where she was placed on 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

24-year-old Sedalia woman arrested Sunday on a Johnson County Warrant

At 5pm Sunday evening Sedalia Police conducted a warrant check in the 500 block of East 10th. Upon contact with the suspect 24-year-old Ciera C. Pierce of Sedalia, she was found to have an active warrant out of Johnson County for possession of a controlled substance. Pierce was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a $4500 bond.
