28-year-old Sedalia man arrested for driving while revoked Friday
Friday afternoon Sedalia Police responded to a vehicle accident in the area of North Grand and West Pettis. Upon arrival the driver of an involved vehicle told the officers his license was revoked. Officers arrested 28-year-old Michael I Dominis of Sedalia, and transported him to the Pettis County Jail pending a $533.50 bond.
Business owner gets a summons for loud noise Wednesday afternoon
According to a Sedalia Police report officers responded to a noise complaint in the 2900 block of East 12th around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon. Upon arrival the complainant told the officers a repair shop next door to her home was making an excessive amount of noise banging on vehicles outside the garage. The police report states after explaining the noise ordinance to the owner of the business, 40-year-old Saul Armando Lopez-Fuentes of Sedalia he was issued a summons for loud noise, and motor vehicle repair prohibited.
Sedalia man arrested for failure to appear this (Thursday) morning
At 9:50 this (Thursday) morning Sedalia Police arrested 29-year-old Tracy Dean Rubio of Sedalia on a Municipal Failure to Appear Warrant. At the time of the police report Rubio was in the Pettis County jail pending an $88.50 bond.
Local Pharmacist reports a forged prescription was given to him Wednesday
Around 2:47 Wednesday afternoon Sedalia Police investigated a case of forgery at Medical Center Pharmacy located at1700 South Ingram. According to the pharmacist he was given a prescription, that was found to be altered. The police report states an investigation is underway in the incident.
