Afternoon Sedalia Police Reports For October 30, 2014

Complaint of assault on a child filed with Sedalia Police Wednesday night

At 8:48 Wednesday night a female complainant filed an assault charge against her ex-husband. According to the complainant her ex-husband and the father of her 9-year-old daughter had assaulted the girl at his apartment in the 1200 block of west Spring Street. The police report states the officer taking the complaint was unable to find any injuries on the child, but an investigation is ongoing in the incident.
