
Alleged DWI Persistent Offender Arrested on Warrant With $10K Bond
On Friday night, Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated by an individual known to have a revoked driving status.
During the course of investigation, it was determined that the driver, 45-year-old Isidro Alejo Ubaldo, was intoxicated and also had an outstanding warrant out of Pettis County for driving while intoxicated, with a bond amount of $10,000 cash or surety.
Ubaldo was arrested and transported to the SPD, where he provided a breath sample that showed his BAC to be above .08.

Ubaldo was then transported to the Pettis County Jail. He now faces charges of DWI Persistent Offender and Driving while Revoked.
