Babysitter Arrested on Sodomy, Molestation Charges

Sedalia Police arrested 45-year-old Charles H. Putfork, IV, of Sedalia on Tuesday morning after he was accused of 1st degree stautory sodomy, 1st degree child molestation and sexual misconduct with a child.

According to a report, Putfork was previously a babysitter of a juvenile female for two years who he allegedly sexually assaulted.

Putfork was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the formal filing of charges.
