Sedalia Police responded to the 521 North Prospect Avenue in reference to a warrant check Tuesday evening.

Officers spoke to a few residents in the home, who stated the subject with the warrants was hiding in the rafters of the detached garage behind the house.

After several minutes of giving commands, Ronald J. Duncan, 40, of Beaman, came out of hiding from the rafters.

Duncan was arrested on charges of felony Resisting Arrest, Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving While Revoked, and three warrants through Pettis County.

One bond was $750 cash only, and one warrant through Probation and Parole was no bond.

Duncan was taken to the Pettis County Jail.
