Blue Springs Woman Arrested on 17-year-old Warrant

A woman who was issued a Municipal warrant for stealing in 2005, was finally arrested Monday evening by Sedalia Police.

The officer conducted a traffic stop at Casey's, 1601 E. Broadway, on a car that was speeding.

A computer check revealed that 43-year-old Jamie Annette Tozier of Blue Springs was wanted on a failure to appear warrant for stealing out of Sedalia that was issued in 2005 when Tozier was 20 years old.

Tozier was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked on the warrant, with a $55 cash-only bond.

Her vehicle was towed from the scene by InMotion Towing.
