
Clinton Teenager Hurt When Struck From Behind by Peterbilt
A Clinton teenager was injured in a three-vehicle accident that occurred Monday afternoon in Henry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2014 Ford Fusion, driven by a 17-year-old female from Clinton, was stopped on Highway 13 at NW 400 Road around 3:20 p.m., waiting to make a left-hand turn, when a northbound 2004 Peterbilt 387, driven by 51-year-old Curvin V. Zimmerman of La Monte, struck the Ford as it was driving off the roadway. The Peterbilt also struck a southbound 2011 Chevy Cruze, driven by 18-year-old Madelyn B. Mosely of Warsaw.

The 17-year-old girl was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital by her mother.
The Chevy Cruze had minor damage, the Peterbilt had moderate damage and the Ford Fusion was totaled.
