A Warrensburg man was injured when two Fords collided on US Highway 50 Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a southbound 2018 Ford Edge, driven by 86-year-old Maxine A. Bynum of Lone Jack traveled through the intersection of 50 and Lovers Lane around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and was struck by an eastbound 2017 Ford Fusion, driven by 37-year-old Joshua R. Hagan of Warrensburg.

Hagan suffered minor injuries and was transported by Lone Jack Fire to Centerpoint Hospital for treatment.

Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene.
