Dresden Man Falls Asleep Behind the Wheel at Casey’s

On Feb. 21 around 11 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to Casey's, 1601 E. Broadway, for a report of someone sleeping in their vehicle.

Investigation revealed that the driver, 40-year-old Jason Ryan Mucke of Dresden, was intoxicated.

Mucke was awakened and taken to the Sedalia Police Department, where he provided a breath sample that showed his blood alcohol content to be above .08.

Mucke was then taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released, he now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated, persistent offender.
