An Edwards man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Sunday morning in Benton County.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2000 Ford F-150, driven by a 58-year-old Edwards man, was on Missouri 7, south of Route AA around 9 a.m., when the Ford ran off the left side of the roadway, struck a fence and traveled into a field. The Ford then struck another fence, traveled across a private drive and struck another fence before coming to rest, according to the Patrol.

The man suffered minor injuries and was transported by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach for treatment.

 

The Ford had minor damage and was secured at 34960 Missouri 7.
