
Felon Runs From SPD, But Is Quickly Captured & Arrested
On Monday afternoon at 2:16 p.m., Sedalia Police conducted a subject check in the SPD lobby in reference to a subject with an active, no-bond, full US extradition felony warrant.
As officers attempted to make contact, the subject fled on foot, but was quickly captured at 4th and Moniteau.
A computer check through Joint Communications confirmed that 55-year-old William Harrison Howe of Walker, Louisiana, was wanted on his active warrant.
Howe was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of state charges for 2nd degree kidnapping, resisting arrest, as well as his active warrant.
