High-speed Chase Suspect Arrested Four Days Later
On Feb. 26, Sedalia Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop near 16th and Grand. However, the driver failed to yield and a pursuit began.
The suspect vehicle traveled south on Grand then east on 24th. The suspect continued to feel at a high rate of speed on 24th towards New York Avenue. The pursuit was terminated shortly thereafter.
Then on Monday, March 2, four days later, officers conducted a traffic stop near 16th and Moniteau on a car that matched the suspect vehicle. The suspect later confessed to fleeing from police, according to the report.

31-year-old Dexter Erwin Cramer was then placed under arrest and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
He now faces charges of aggravated fleeing, resisting arrest, careless driving, speeding failure to stop for an emergency vehicle, and seven counts of failure to stop at a stop sign.
Cramer’s bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety. He now has a court date of March 10.
