On Saturday at 2:07 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to Valiant Pawn Shop, 707 East Broadway, for a trespassing complaint.

The suspect was located and given a written trespass for the business. Then later at 3:03 p.m., police were once again called reference the same subject. The business said that the suspect had called Valiant Pawn six times within 12 minutes, cursing and threatening employees.

28-year-old Jacob E. Hopkins was located and arrested for 2nd degree harassment and 4th degree assault.

Hopkins was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released with a court date.
