Husband Allegedly Hits Wife in Head with Coffee Mug

Sedalia Police responded to the 1400 block of West 5th Street in reference to a physical domestic disturbance Sunday evening, Jan. 2.

Upon arrival, the victim stated her husband hit her in the head with a coffee mug, causing her injuries.

The victim was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by PCAD for her injuries.

Troy Thomas Baker, 49, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending state charges for 2nd degree Domestic Assault.
