
Leeton Woman Runs Stop Sign, Totals Her Car
A Leeton woman was injured Monday in a one-vehicle wreck in Johnson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2013 Dodge, driven by 26-year-old Natalie M. Beasley of Leeton, was on SE 251 Road and PP Highway at 7 a.m., when she failed to stop at a stop sign and ran through an intersection, hitting a ditch.
Beasley suffered moderate injuries and was transported by JCAD to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment. She was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
The Dodge was totaled.
