On Tuesday night around 9 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to a fast-food restaurant at 1301 South Limit for reports of a subject with a weapon who was threatening people inside the store.

The suspect was later located down the road, and 37-year-old Nicholas Allen Howe was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Howe now faces charges of 1st Degree Harassment, Armed Criminal Action, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was released from jail on Thursday.
