Man Arrested By SPD For Sexual Misconduct & Harassment

On Sunday, the Sedalia Police Department took reports in both the 3200 and 3600 Blocks of West Broadway in reference to a male subject that was involved in acts of inappropriate sexual conduct.

And on Monday, the suspect was identified and later arrested at his place of residence in the 3400 Block of West Broadway.

The suspect, 20-year-old Justin R. Rogers Jr. was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Rogers faces charges of 1st Degree Harassment (two felony counts) and 1st Degree Sexual Misconduct.
